Try this staple from Leroy’s Kitchen + Lounge, which serves up granola with Greek yogurt panna cotta at its weekend brunch. It also might be a nice snack to have around for your holiday guests as we begin the march toward Christmas.

House-Made Granola

1/2 cup oil

2 tsp salt

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 cup oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup walnuts

1 cup raisins

Toss oats, coconut and nuts in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix oil, salt and syrup. Add to the oat mixture. Spread out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and cook in a 200-degree oven for about 45 minutes or until dried. When granola has cooled, add raisins.
