Patch Pets: Jeeves and Big Boy

Jeeves

A Navy discharge brought Jeeves and Big Boy in.

They were happily carrying out their duties of greeting everyone who came to the Welcome Center on the base and thought they had a fine life hanging out, being fed, getting petted and enjoying the company of visitors.

The powers that be thought otherwise and Jeeves and Big Boy were forced to retire from service, but hopefully graduate into loving homes.

Both cats are social and friendly, coming up to say hello to anyone who enters their room.

Jeeves is not quite as bold as Big Boy, so after he comes up to you he needs to make sure you are okay. Then he will follow you around the room to make sure he doesn’t miss anything. He will make a delightful greeter and companion in a quieter home.

If you are interested in adopting Jeeves or Big Boy, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor, who are on call everyday between noon and 3:00 p.m.
